The caregivers and staff were very kind and compassionate. The caregivers treated my husband like a family member. It was comforting having them with him at the end when his health took a turn and to be with us when he passed away. The office always answered my questions, got caregivers out to replace if someone canceled and was a great help with filing the insurance documents for reimbursement. We strongly encourage you to perform your own research when selecting a care provider. I have been working with a company called Griswold since early August. They help my mother by changing her diaper, giving her a bed bath, and giving her lunch and drinks. I haven't had any problem with any of them. They take care of my mother the right way. They have accommodated our schedule for four hours a day and provide the caregiver when we need it.
They both like that we have back-up caregivers when someone has to call off. The responsiveness is very quick to any question or concern. The caregivers are kind, caring and attentive. The office staff are kind and compassionate.
